This can include recent watches, TV episode progress, resume bookmarks, notification read state, PWA install or dismiss state, ad cooldown state, saved request email, and local AI chat history fallback.

The AI assistant may use a short-lived session cookie named cinex_session so your chat can continue across requests. You can clear local storage, cookies, and cached site data through your browser settings at any time.

We use information to provide search, browsing, streaming, subtitle, content request, reporting, notification, download gateway, and AI assistant features.

Cinex uses trusted third-party services to operate the website. These may include hosting and analytics providers, database and cache providers, AI providers, media metadata services, image providers, advertising partners, and external media or download providers.

Examples include Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, Supabase, Upstash Redis, TMDB metadata and images, Fanart.tv artwork, Groq and Hugging Face for AI or semantic features, and advertising or smartlink services. Third-party sites and services may process data under their own privacy policies.

In production, Cinex may use privacy-conscious analytics and speed measurement to understand page usage, performance, and reliability. We may also display or trigger advertising links through third-party ad networks.

When you click or are redirected to a third-party advertisement, media host, or download destination, that service may collect information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to run the platform, process user-submitted requests or reports, provide AI assistant responses, deliver analytics and advertising, comply with legal obligations, protect the website, or respond to valid rights-owner requests.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the platform, including rate limiting, restricted admin routes, server-side validation, and controlled access to service-role operations.

No online service can guarantee complete security, so please avoid submitting sensitive personal information through public forms or the AI assistant.
